getting set up in Kuwait

This is our second move abroad together as a married couple. Getting set up with internet and food delivery was much faster here than in Thailand.

The weather is HOT! I burnt my souls today going out to get a food delivery because in this building the deliveries can’t buzz up from the front door. 🙁

The bed was not good so I ordered a new mattress. It is good now. AC is on all the time. The fridge is a big enough fridge. Yay no more apartment sized fridges. No cleaner gotten yet. Let’s wait until our first paycheck is deposited before we do things like that.

So.. No pork is a bit annoying due to me wanting a ham sandwich. No alcohol I can handle just fine because I don’t drink that much to start off with and it irritates my IBS.

We could use some blackout curtains in the bedroom. Also more storage would be good. The bathroom occasionally smells of sewage. 🙁

People honk their horns at all hours of the day and night.

Going Gluten free was a lot easier to do in England.

And those are my thoughts for now.. Feel free to ask questions.
